Tracy Pilgrim-George is the Director of Internationalisation, Advancement and Partnerships at Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. She is an experienced educator, project coordinator, event host and partnership builder with a strong background in language, communication and institutional development. Through her work, she supports strategic collaboration between the College, industry, diplomatic partners and community stakeholders. Tracy is passionate about creating opportunities for students, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to national development through education, innovation and meaningful engagement.
